Report a conversion problem
Include the following details so the issue is easier to investigate:
- The tool name and the format you want to create.
- Your browser, operating system, and whether you are using a phone, tablet, or computer.
- The approximate file size and, where relevant, page count or audio duration.
- The error message and the steps that led to it.
Please start with a description, not an attachment. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial records, or other sensitive files.
Format requests and accessibility
For a new conversion, tell us the input and output formats and what you need the result for. For an accessibility issue, describe the page, control, and assistive technology involved, if relevant. Suggestions do not guarantee that a feature will be added.
Privacy questions
Use the same address for questions about the Privacy Policy or a request concerning correspondence you have sent. Conversion files stay in your browser, so we cannot inspect or recover them remotely.
